Absolutely disgusted by the customer service today. If you don’t like your job or your life. Quit And stay home. Very rude. I’ll be going to Macquarie in future, always Kind and smiley and professional there.

I knew I found my go to hairdresser the first time Roxy cut my hair. She’s very thorough in her work and does an exceptional job every time. It’s been a year since my first haircut, but I’ll always be back to see Roxy. I have recommended Roxy to my friends and family and they all love her.

I had my hair cut by Emmy over the weekend. Very approachable, friendly & professional. She took the time to really understand how I wanted my hair to look, and was full of hair care advice as she chopped away. Very happy with the service and will be back again, and again!

I've always been skeptical of hair salon franchises in large department stores. However I decided to give Just Cuts a shot one day while shopping.Roxy was the lady who cut my hair. She was incredibly friendly and helped me to decide how it was to be cut. I was surprisingly satisfied with the experience.I will definitely be returning to this store when she is working. Well done!

Unpleasant and impatient staff members. I asked for wispy bangs which are thin and wispy, showed an inspiration picture. She proceeded to aimlessly part my hair for the bangs unevenly and un carefully, she twisted my hair as a hack which I have seen on TikTok before. Yep a social media platform rather than the professional training shes meant to have. After she used the obnoxious TikTok technique she started to cut it so it wasn’t that long and she asked me if I wanted to go shorter when it was already very short. She never wet my hair at the start and she never brushed it either. She turned the blowdryer on for three seconds. Safe to say save your money you are better off cutting your own hair at home.

Absolutely horrible. Messed up my hair. I'm lucky it grows back quickly. Didn't give me the option if I wanted scissors or the razor. Gave me the razor anyway and now it's ruined.

My son gets his haircut here. I've always been happy with the quality of cut and so has he.

I’m so happy with the service here. They guarantee if you’re not happy with your hair cut, you can come back in 7 days with receipt and they’ll get it fixed,and they keep their words! I got really fussy and stubborn hair and it’s my first time to be here before Christmas, when we were done I was bit concerned it does not feel good for me,the hairstylist suggested it will look better after washing,unfortunately it did not happen. I came back and the hairstylist hear me out of all my concerns and my preference,and discussed with me how she’s going to get it right,and almost give me a fresh hair cut! I’m so happy with the result and the way they deal with it, I believe this is why they have confidence to offer this guarantee and make me feel happy to come back.Also special thank you for the lady who came from Hornsby to cover shift (too excited to ask her name lol) you did great job! Thank you for making my day!

Had a very friendly and talanted stylist.(Emma) I recommend Just Cuts in Top Ryde. Good that one can just walk in and no appointment needed.
