Hey there Peeps, I'm upgrading my review here due to Jane's excellent commitment to right the situation, even offering to go in to the shop for me on a closed" day. Unfortunately I couldn't take her up on the offer

I booked an appointment for a shoe fitting with a podiatrist at the associated podiatry via email, hoping that she would be the best person to fit my difficult feet using the range from this store. We drove 4 hours there for the shoe fitting specifically.When we arrived there was zero parking for their shop in the parking building next to them.The podiatrist didn't take one look at my feet, nor measure them. All she did was look at the shoes I brought with me. She then came back 10 minutes later with shoes literally 7 sizes smaller than my shoes, and tried putting them on. No good.Went away, came back again, put some sandals on my feet that wouldn't close. Wanted me to try walking around in them? How?...This went on and on, hardly listening to what I was looking for. Then when I said to stop and that they had nothing suitable, she was trying to get me to order something in from the catalogue, but obviously I can't order something in to buy without trying them on first, so we left. This was a wasted 9 hours of mine and my parents lives, and this store does not have a big enough range for hard to fit feet. If you have such feet, don't bother.

The service is second to none.I walked in at 5pm not realising it was closing time, but the delightful lady was happy to let me browse and listened to my complaints about my difficult feet.We found a great pair of shoes that are both comfortable and fashionable.Thank you for giving me half an hour of your precious time.

Buying my shoes at Happy Fit was such a great experience, the assistance I received was knowledgeable and friendly and I was very impressed. I had been struggling to find the solution to my foot and ankle problems by myself and needed a shoe that was going to be supportive and comfortable. The Zeira shoe i walked away with has enabled me to be able to function normally. Changed my life. Thank you so much.

An amazing little shoe shop. Great quality shoes. Mostly expensive, but worth it.
