EG Ampol Osborne Park

Went to fill up today and picked up some soft drinks on my way out. The lady overcharged me and when I pointed to the promotion tags stuck all over the drinks section, she gave some lame excuse that the discount applied to non refrigerated drinks. I again explained the tags are all over the fridge section where the drinks are. She then told me she had only overcharged me by $1, which then I had to explain that she had actually overcharged me $4.50. She let out this big sigh, asked me to stand to the side so she can serve the next customer behind me and then proceeded to make me wait for 5 minutes whilst she sorted it out. What daylight robbery is this??? Absolutely shameless behavior that I had to ask three times to get charged correctly. BE WARNED to check your receipt every time you go here.

Never had a problem here. Friendly staff, quick service, and decent snacks for the road available at all times.I've gone here on a few occasions at times at all times of day and there are rarely any delays, certainly none caused by the staff or management.

Only stopped in to pump up 2 tyres, but it seems like a good place.

It was very hard getting the female staff member to tell us what we needed for the Woolies 4c discount.Very unhelpful!!

A petrol station with the cheapest price on Mondays compare to other petrol stations in surrounding suburbs. However, the place doesn't have many pumps like other big stations, so you need to be patience for the line.

Some reviewers seem to think a red carpet and a lady with champagne should greet them. It’s a petrol station dude. They are quick, efficient and the fuel is the cheapest around every Monday.

This petrol station is the only Caltex which does not accept the discounts from uber eats partners. This is a shame as they advertise in the app that ALL Caltex accept. There is no way to return the petrol, so I was just given the option of paying full price in a petrol station that it is NOT the cheapest around. I will not be back!

I always buy my petrol here. The negative reviewers" should start with a friendly smile when dealing with these nice staff who are at most times very busy

Decent service station that I frequent during lunch breaks. The drink and food deals are a lot better than the surrounding service stations in Osborne Park
