Hi All, I’m not usually a review poster, but this place deserves it and then some. I bought a fantastic BMW from here a couple years ago and it drives like a charm. I recently had a little issue, to which I called Grieve Parade Motors and spoke with a guy called Adrian. His knowledge and help was outstanding; easily the best I’ve had in the industry. I couldn’t recommend this place more for all your car needs. Honest and transparent dealership with unparalleled customer service. You can’t ask for much more than that!

I’ve been studiously shopping for A Mazda CX-5 for quite a while now. But after bad experiences with my previous two cars I had understandable trepidation.But…The genuine customer service, willingness and patience to help me find my ideal vehicle is nothing short of impressive. Adam, Brett and the team are champions and I would definitely recommend any of my family and friends to go see them if they ever needed assistance in avoiding the ‘mine field’ that is the used car market. Yesterday I sold my much loved old car to Grieve Parade Motors. Adrian had been very helpful over the phone and when I got there Adam gave me a fair price (and the Uber fare home).I was delighted at the friendliness and efficiency of the process, and hope someone will get to enjoy the car as much as I have.

Brought a Ford Territory from the team at Grieve Parade Motors.I was quite nervous as most are when making a big financial decision, but the friendly team quickly put me at ease.They were very helpful answering all the questions I had, while also giving me the time and space to look around myself which if you’ve been shopping for a car before is amazing! They give you the time you want no pushy sales tactics here.Once I had made my decision they made the financials and paperwork simple and easy to understand.And in what felt like only minutes, I was driving out in my shiny new car.Which I must say I’m in love with, zero issues drives like a dream and can’t wait for the many road trips ahead.They get a 10 out of 10 from me friendly/helpful/amazing service and I’m certain we’ll be back to buy our future cars.

I had a great experience buying a car from these guys. From the first time I met Adrian he was easy going down to earth and out to help anyway he could. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them in the future, and would recommend anyone to go check them out!!!

We looked at different yards for a car for our daughter, and at Grieve Parade Motors we found the perfect car. The sales people were great, especially Adrian. He was easy to talk with, and very pleasant and helpful. A small issue with the engine light coming on, it was fixed, and was not a problem for them to correct the small problem. Best and most pleasant service I’ve ever had. Will definitely be back for our next car. Thanks for your help and pleasant manner.
