Was happy to find the pharmacy very close to our holiday accomodation. Went in minutes after they opened. Waited 50 minutes to get a script filled. And paid double the amount usually paid in Melbourne for the medications. Be prepared for a long waiting time.

Some months ago the manager here called Courtney was extremely rude and discriminatory towards me for not wearing a mask I have a legal exemption I made a complaint to human rights and equal opportunity commission and she refused conciliation instead she continued to discriminate against me and is unwilling to resolve the issue don't spend your money there because it's also more expensive than the competition

Helpful friendly staff. When I ring them, they listen respectfully and provide practical support. Peter Ng (Pharmacist) was helpful in organizing my medication to be dispensed. My partner had his wisdom teeth removed and he went in for advice on help with the pain, as all had was panadol. The older lady was very rude and laughed at him, she told him to go to the doctor. We will now swap chemists. Its not hard to be polite to someone in pain.

Obscenely expensive. At first I thought the girl at the counter had made a mistake. Nope. They actally do charge 42$ for children's neurofen. I feel sorry for the permanent residents of LE.

Extremely unimpressed with service! When arriving close to closing time but with a few minutes to spare, doors were already locked. Pleading to simply grab some stronger pain medication for my husband as we're on holidays and had driven in an hour to get some more, one of the girls came to the door not allowing me to come inside and proceeded to brush off my request saying they couldn't help me and that they were now closed. There were still a few minutes left until closing but going home was clearly more important!!important than customer service

Staff at desk very helpful and friendly, pharmacist are very judgmental and don’t understand patients crippling pain level and make it difficult by calling your doctor all the time, not only do I have a life long back injury at present I also am sporting a broken foot. I wouldn’t wish this upon anyone not being able to move with out crying in pain each morning I wake up, that is if I can sleep at all, I cannot be operated on my back because it was neglected.
