We used Advance Clean Up for End of Lease cleaning. The whole process was excellent! The team was very responsive. When it came to cleaning day, the team that came did an exceptional job. They cleaned every surface and corner of our unit. They let us inspect the unit before leaving and fixed anything we were not satisfied with. When our agent came to inspect, she was thrilled with the condition of the unit. She wanted to know which company we used. We would recommend Advance Clean Up 100%.

Easy to book online, the cleaners were really friendly punctual courteous. They did a great job with the carpet and it looks great. Very happy!

UPDATE: Yesterday we were told that the cleaners would return at 8am and now on the morning of at 8am they are no where in sight and have now been advised that they will not be arriving until after 9:30am - complete runaroundUnfortunately I cannot give a positive review for this business; for a 2x bed 2x bath 2x balcony end of lease clean, significant components of the standard service description stated on the website were completely disregarded:Bathroom- Ensuite bathroom was only lightly wiped down- Shower screen was not clean free of soap residue- Vanity, sink basin, toilet (under the seat and outside) and mirrors had not been adequately cleaned with marks still visible on the surfaces- No polishing of the sink and shower-head- Both bathroom floors not vacuumed or mopped- No attempt at cleaning tiles and grout in either bathroomLaundry- Only had the cupboards wipes down- No mopping or vacuuming of floors- No cleaning of the sink/drains- No dusting of wallsKitchen- Floor was not mopped or vacuumed properly- Living/dining room- Floor had not been mopped or vacuumed properly- No sliding door tracks had been wiped down- All skirting boards and power points had not been wiped downBedrooms:- Main bedroom was not vacuumed properly with clumps of hair still visible on the carpetBalcony:- Balcony had not been swept or mopped just water thrown over itNo room had any small marks removed from walls as stated in the description.Overall:Upon the key exchange with the cleaners departing for their next job with no mention of the status or quality of the service just given, we went to look at the apartment and spent the next 2hrs trying to touch up the major faults as the landlord and leasing agent were coming to inspect the property which we had advised the cleaners about when they had arrived.We contacted the customer service representative to advise the situation and find the solution to rectify our major dilemma. Unfortunately the service recovery provided by Helen was dismissive and arrogant despite the service provided not being fulfilled and stated no reimbursements would be offered only that they would return tomorrow at 8am to touch up the apartment.The current situation is extremely concerning as we no longer know whether we can trust this return clean to be of the standard required for an end of lease clean as our first experience was a horror show and we now risk not getting our bond back.Complete waste of time and money for a service not even being fully provided and the treatment of customers being absolutely horrendous.
