My wife and I are extremely happy, both with our wall bed and importantly the excellent service we received from Fold Out Furniture.

Sue was a high energy woman to work with - great knowledge and passion for the range of space saving items in Fold Out Furniture. It was great to have the one-on-one attention in the showroom at mutually convenient times, and to put together the order for exactly what we wanted. Great to be able to custom design the colour, the arms, the free-standing unit and to end up with our one-off Joey bed. Sue was very easy to communicate with, and while there was an extensive wait for the item to arrive from Italy (well what could you expect during the Pandemic) - when it arrived it was put together quickly with no problems, and this was then followed up to ensure we were satisfied. I was looking for a wall bed and came across fold out furniture. Every interaction with the company was great. I wanted to check the mechanics for the wall bed worked for me so set up a time to go to the Richmond showroom. It is there I fell in love with the wall bed and ordered it. All interactions have been professional, on time and the service has been great. There was a slight accident when the bed was installed but the technician fixed it straight away. I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone. Not cheap but well worth it.

I'm thrilled with my double Fold Out Bed! I worried that the tiny space I had would make just fixing it to the wall tricky, let along having the bed concealed behind attractive barn-style doors! The product, service, communication and workmanship were of a high standard, and I'm very happy to recommend this Hobart business.

I went to Fold Out Furniture in North Hobart with a very specific brief. I wanted a wall bed to add another level of comfort to my bush hut where space is at a premium. Sue was very friendly, helpful and well informed about the products on offer. I got the exact bed I needed ... it fitted the available space with nothing to spare and has made hut-life much more comfortable. And the bed was delivered sooner than I expected, just before Christmas. I highly recommend this business.

Vicki and I simply cannot thank Sue from Fold Out Furniture enough for our wonderful wall bed! Hand on heart, as a nurse of 40 years, I felt Sue really listened and cared about our ideas on what we visualised for creating more space. She was absolutely brilliant! Our third bedroom now doubles as an awesome looking office. I can now work with clients by day in a spacious, comfortable office with beautiful looking furniture. At night, we can easily fold down our office wardrobe to reveal a luxurious queen size bed for guests! Everyone who has seen the design is absolutely stunned and impressed. The installers (especially you Brett) were awesome. If you want REAL service and REAL quality, we would highly recommend Sue and her wonderful team of installers any day of the year! We had an immensely positive experience with Fold Out Furniture. From our initial visit at the Melbourne showroom, Sue was very helpful and constantly communicated with us as we awaited the arrival of our SLIMMY dining table. Not surprisingly (and through absolutely no fault of Fold Out Furniture's), delivery there was a COVID19 related delay in the delivery date however, all very manageable and Sue provided regular updates on how the order was proceeding. Now that the table has arrived, it's obvious that is was definitely worth the wait. We had been struggling for a while to find a suitable dining table that wouldn't take over the living room in our relatively small apartment - and would still allow us to host friends every once in a while or spread out a big project. The SLIMMY perfectly fits the bill and looks wonderful - in fact, it looks so lovely and fits in so well to our living room that the last few days, since it arrived we have enjoyed having it out to admire the homeliness of it in the little breakfast table arrangement with the last spare leaf tucked nicely away in one end. It was an unexpected success as a home office desk too from the day it arrived.

We ordered a queen size horizontal Fold Flat Bed with a desk from Fold Our Furniture in Hobart. The bed, manufactured in Australia, came quicker than we expected. We used the recommended installer who fitted in well with our timeline and did an outstanding job.The bed is awesome. It provides huge desk space and also allows for plenty of floor space in the room. It is better than we expected or hoped. We are able to keep it made up with a doona (not the pillows but these fit neatly on top). It took our old queen size mattress so is very comfortable to sleep in.Overall, the purchase and installation was excellent with lots of information provided and no pressure to make up our minds quickly so that we could consider the pros and cons. Costwise, even including installation, the bed was about the same as a good quality bed from commercial outlets. The product is fantastic and I would highly recommend considering this option for any space that needs to be multipurpose.
