Moving is always stressful and prone to logistical short falls - it was a relief to arrive at Kennards to be met with someone as professional, sincere and efficient as Najeeba was. Including being a public holiday. The facilities are clean, and easy to access. (We had a second floor unit and the lift provided made it all straight forward) The tea and coffee facilities were also much appreciated at midnight to keep us going on a long move job. Can highly recommend - coat is high but justified for a seemless experience. Thank you Najeeba.

So impressed by Nigel, the gentleman who helped set me up with my first storage unit. I was impressed at his manner, also at his focus on me as the customer and ensuring the whole experience was made easy for me. I could not fault a thing. And the facility itself is really impressive too! I have to say I’m enjoying having a storage unit at my disposal, with the ability to come and go anytime I like - dorky but true!

Had all my house belongings stored for over a year and a half. I found the storage centre to be always clean and that my belongings felt safe and secured so much so that this was like a home away from home!I always found Nigel and Daniel fantastic to talk to and deal with, as well as Samantha.

Using the Kennards parcel point drop off for returns is so fantastic... They're open great times, after work hours and on weekends too. Made dropping off my returns so easy. And close to home too.

Had a great experience with Kennards all very straight forward easy 24 hour access, kitchen to make yourself coffee, friendly staff. When l left they even chased me up so that I got the maximum refund based on the day I left - no paying to the end of the month with them. Can recommend.
