Andy from Urban Green Farms personally gave me a call noting i had forgotten to order a key part of my Aquaponic Fish Tanks order, and that he had thrown it in for free! He also proceeded to provide me his direct line for if i have any issues or questions about the setup process. After he finished off the call with some great advice for starting out with the product. The product was planned to be a Christmas gift as i assumed it would take ages to arrive but its already on its way and will be here well before then! Amazing customer support from the team! I found a beautiful aquaponics tank online that I loved and did some looking around for the best price, not wanting to buy from Amazon! That’s how I stumbled across this company! The best price by far and free shipping so I popped in my order. 2 hours later I get a phone call to say someone is coming within an hour to drop it off personally as they live locally! Couldn’t believe it! Such great service. I also had a look at other products on their site and look forward to ordering a sub pod from them soon as I’ve always wanted one! And they offer such competitive prices! Highly recommend!
