Couldn't find what I wanted in my budget

No stars! Terrible quality mattress, do not waste your money on BedCo. The mattress I have was purchased in August 2019 and now has a 7cm crater in the middle. The tag says '15 year guarantee' When putting forward a warranty claim I was denied even after sending in pictures with a ruler showing how bad it is. An original claim was attempted a year ago where the equally useless Bed Shed arranged a site visit and deemed the product as not having an issues. Yet there was. And here we are again-the material in the mattress has collapsed and I cant take it anymore-and they won't replace under the waranty promised. I was treated rudely as well, and they took a long time addressing this issue. When I first sent pictures in, I was told the customer service person was on THREE WEEKS leave. Um, surely there's someone else there that can look after customers when they're away? 3 weeks is a very long time to make a person wait when every single night the mattress is giving me back pain. Absolute waste of money.
