Came to get insulin for my Dog. The Pharmacist went above and beyond to make sure he talked me through this, from use of medication to disposal of needle tips. Was also able to promptly order insulin supplies in for me. I live in Liverpool but I always come here now because of the service. I will never to anywhere else.

Mario, Simon and all the staff are fantastic always go out of their way to help you and if you cannot get to the store delivery isn't a problem A+ service all round

They usually tend to jack up the prices of their products.You have to request for the prices to matched, or else, you'll pay more than $5 on average for each script renewed.

Very disappointed with their lack of professionalism and care. Advised a lady that I needed a particular insulin pen urgently. After a couple of days I hadn’t heard back so went in and was told by same staff member that they were advised the day prior there would be a delay. Staff member was away the day prior but hadn’t left my matter with anyone else and no one else bothered to call and tell me. It’s insulin! It’s kind of important! Spent hours calling other places and everyone else was able to give me definitive answers on the spot or took the time to call me back. Thankfully another chemist in Narellan were able to help. Unbelievably neglectful.

Rude miserable staff need to find a new career, smile and get some respect for your customers!

I always get great service from this pharmacy. I especially appreciated being able to organise and pay for my prescriptions over the phone and then get them home delivered. They are a real asset to our community. Thank you!

They are not helpful, especially the lady named Amanda. She would not help me and pretending to not know how to put through a sale. Very poor service!
