Got some outdoor festoon lights from here and they look amazzzzing! Highly recommend

Don't buy from them! They just order it from ebay and send it to you and charge a arm. Also no tracking number for your parcel but will tell you when it will arrive.

So impressed with the custom neon sign I got. Will definitely be buying our christmas lights from here!

Unfortunately my order never arrived and I was sceptical about hearing back after my enquiry online to Brightly. I was very pleased and totally satisfied with all communication from Michael via email who followed up the order, tried hard to resolve it and in the end offered a full refund. The money was back in my account as promised within a week. Though I was disappointed my goods didn't get here I feel that was an issue with the courier service and it was out of the control of Brightly Australia
