Good group of people. When mistakes happen they try and sort out promptly.

The person I spoke to with regards to my item didn't seem like he even wanted to be there. Talking to him was depressing and it seemed like customers were just a hassle to him.Anyway, I didn't even get my quote. No one bothered to get back to me and it's been nearly a month now. I wanted a large double entry way so you would think my custom would be worthwhile. Never mind.So, as you don't even get the quote after the horrible experience of having to speak to them, I wouldn't recommend ever going there if you want anything.For some reason I can't respond on this feed or to your comment below.It is nice to know that my enquiry has simply been filed in the bin and it's great to know this is tolerated by yourself in this attempt to justify your company standards and refute the fact that this actually took place. It was in that branch that I placed my enquiry and your response shows that your staff have totally dismissed my request. Thank you very much, I really appreciate you and your company.

Thank you! Last Wednesday night my house was broken into, car stolen, money taken and keys to my house. On Thursday I had to change all the locks..... that took me most of the day (I'm not a very handy, ... handy man!). I also had two small window louvers that needed replacing to secure my house. By the time I arrived at G James glass at Underwood the glass technicians had finished for the day..... HOWEVER, the lovely lady at reception thought outside the box! She remembered one of the male office staff was previously a glass cutter. He kindly cut the 2 small pieces of glass for me at a charge of $10. This small amount of money hardly makes a difference to a large company. What does make a difference is the people who represent it!!!! Every time I speak about the break-in to neighbours and friends I mention the great service of the PEOPLE who are at G JAMES Underwood. Again, thank you!
