A very friendly and at the same time professional team, well organised, good teamwork, and also importantly high performance; Good subcontractor coordination and project management. High level of communication with clients in all aspects from time frames to providing solutions. Definitely recommended. We did our Ikea Kitchen with the team.

We can not speak and recommend highly enough of FlatPak Connexions, specifically Josh who guided us through the whole process from beginning to end from design, to answering lots of questions, to ripping out the old kitchen, to installation of new kitchen and tiling as well as organising plumbing and electrical contractors to disconnect and reconnect appliances. Josh and his team were friendly, professional and made the entire process as stress free as it is humanly possible when doing a kitchen renovation. We’ll be using their services again when it comes time for our laundry renovation. We love our kitchen as does everyone of our family and friends who see it.

I hired Flatpak through HiPages as per the IKEA process. I had a number of things that were not as you should expect as a customer (defects, damages, omitted work) and had to have them fixed myself in the end. Issues were things like: cabinets not horizontal, no silicone joint around sink, LED lighting not properly installed, damages to the wall whwn removing tiles, doors not aligned, wrong items ordered to return at your own cost, etc.). I tried to liaise with Brad but was very defensive. They have extensive Terms and Conditions that will prevent you from claiming anything unfortunately.

Our household loved and appreciated working with the flatpak connexion team, especially Josh who was extremely professional, friendly, flexible and helpful when putting together our kitchen.We absolutely love it and had no issues throughout the process. You’re definitely in our phone book for any future projects!

Steve & the guys did a fantastic job installing my ikea kitchen, explained the whole process very well and stuck to their deadline. I would highly recommend Flatpak Connexion to anyone who is wanting a flatpack kitchen installed. Will definitely use again. Thanks guys!
