Infit is the BEST gym in the south of Sydney (St George area) for the below reasons:1. The staff are encouraging, professional, polite and fun2. This gym cater for almost all your needs.• Downstairs has the HIIT room, which has a great atmosphere. There are screens which constantly demonstrate the workouts, indicates the interval timer and sets/reps. The staff spend a great deal of time developing and critiquing the sessions to ensure they are effective and fun (the music will get your blood pumping, even in the morning).• The purpose built Pilate’s studio is a very calming space, and the instructors ensure you get the most out of your session.• The free weights and machines are very well spaced out to ensure you are not bumping into anyone and there is ample room for your workout.• Although I have never used it, the creche looks like fun if I was a kid.3. Competitive pricing, no lock in contract and they accept Fitness Passport4. This year, my wife and I commenced PT sessions through Infit. The staff are very dedicated and supportive in reaching your goals. I am getting stronger, losing fat and feeling full.5. There is lots of parking6. This gym is available and open 24/7In addition to the above, Rob (the owner) genuinely cares about his customers and staff. He always goes above and beyond to produce the best environment, workout and experience everyday.There are a number of gyms in the St George area, I have tried a few of them and this is THE BEST GYM.

Awesome equipment & group training. The gym is clean and has a variety of equipment and cardio machines. Staff are friendly and create a good atmosphere. Membership options to suit everyone’s needs. Money well spent for the quality, variety and cleanliness.

Bodhi Studio located upstairs inside Infit 24/7 is a brand new Pilates, Barre and Yoga studio in Kogarah. The team are experienced, very friendly and very welcoming. The studio offers brand new Reformers in a stunning luxe setting and I am excited to contine my Pilates and Yoga practice here.

Came for a casual visit and was treated with nothing but disrespect I asked to speak to the owner and wish I got the response I am the owner and continued this respect please don't join this gym if you value your integrity.

Moreover, the gym has a great music selection courtesy of the very own DJ Rob (owner), that pumps up the energy of the workout sessions. Rob is friendly and professional, ensuring that all customers have an excellent gym experience.Overall, InFit 24/7 is a top-notch gym that delivers a great workout experience for all its customers. Highly recommended for people of all fitness levels!

What can I say, I have been a member for 6 months now and this is by far the best gym that I have been a member of/visited (even including Sydney CBD gyms). Rob's classes are meticulously crafted to get the best results out of everyone. Boxing of an evening is also fanastic and the general free weights and machine areas are state of the art, clean and always inviting. A great gym without that gym junkie" feeling. Infit is by far the best gym I have ever attended! Rob and his team are knowledgeable and experienced in all areas of fitness. There is something for everybody , all ages and fitness levels.
