I got a custom job for 3 skylight covers and even after realising I gave them the wrong measures, they fixed the issue hassle free. Excellent service and everyone there was really nice! Would 100% recommend!

Made a call to get a quote for some perspex for a hobby project, and was given very poor service over the phone. I called the guy out for his poor tone, but he didn't show any humility. I ended the call there and then. I hope this business learns from that incident. I'm sure they provide a great product, but the phone reception needs to come up at least 2-3 stars.

If I could I would give 0. Recently, I went in on a Tuesday and handed in templates and received a quote for $50 per window. Was told it would be ready by end of week. I went in the following monday and they couldn't find the template nor finished job. Was told it would be ready by the afternoon. Went in on wednesday; exactly the same story; except I found the template for them. I noticed the docket stated $50 + GST. I mentioned this. The owner started abusing me and said I just wanted a dirt cheap job and handed me back the template and said that they weren't interested. Far too busy anyway with covid stuff. I abused him back and said he wasted my time (not mentioning trips to visit him). I went to Holland Plastics who did the total job for $62 (including GST) and had it ready next day. I cannot remember having abused someone before in this manner. He thoroughly deserves it.And not to mention his system of tracking jobs. Non-existant

I had Matt make my tinted golf buggy screen.Extremely hard job with folds, cut outs and rounded edges. 4 day turn around with the bribery of a carton. Thanks boys great service and workmanship see you again. Highly recommended
