Great savings can be made on pre use by date expiry items, the staff reduce salad and bakery items dramatically before throwing away, real bargains can be made if planning to use that day.

Nice large store with all your needs I had no issues finding fresh meat and vegetables.

Went shopping with my Granddaughter and son today. My granddaughter was in the pram and the shopping was in the basket under the pram in full view. While going through the self serve check out around 12 noon at the first checkout, the older woman employee accused my son of not scanning two products. I was absolutely horrified with her accusations even when he had a receipt printed out. No apology was given nor any reasoning for her rude accusations! Coles really needs to review some of their employees and their aggressive attitudes! You have no idea how such rude accusations affects innocent customers!!!

Has a great range of products but the checkout is understaffed, I was standing there for around 5 minutes waiting for someone to help me in the self checkouts. Maybe putting 2 staff on self checkouts would be more sustainable

Coles is very nice, unfortunately the whole shopping centre is under utilised, most of the stores are out of business and if you’re going to do grocery shopping great but anything else no.

Absolutely disgusted of my experience brought a phone through Click and collect they gave me the wrong phone then I said that would refund it and in order to get the refund out after call customer service spoke to Simon of customer service couldn't understand a word he said wouldn't stop mumbling then he told me that I left the store with the phone when I didn't eventually he agreed to give me a refund then told me it takes 5 business days to process when they took the money out of my account within a minute of my purchase now I'm left without a phone for 5 to 7 days absolute disgusted with this service

To the older lady that was working at the self serve checkouts on the 19th of December at approximately 1pm, please check your attitude and aggression towards innocent customers. Was leaving the store after buying a chicken platter from the deli, and only scanned one as the bar code included both boxes that the platter was divided into. After paying and standing outside the store for a while, the lady aggressive approached me and yelled at me, accusing me of stealing one of the boxes. After explaining to her that the other box did not have a barcode and she realised the $25 I paid included both boxes, she began to make a comment about how “this place always changes things” and “never let’s them know about the changes”. What was worse is I’m aware she was watching me checking out and manually printed off a receipt herself just so she was able to accuse us. I’m extremely disappointed. Check yourself before confronting other people when they’ve done nothing wrong and learn how to do your job properly.

Served at the checkout by Lyndall today. Friendly & so helpful. Packed my groceries with care & even went so far as putting each bag into my trolley after packing. Definite asset to Coles.

Well laid out, easy to navigate with lots of fresh produce. The shelves are generally well stocked and it's usually a short wait on the registers if any at all. Parking is plentiful, both underground or undercover above ground.

Brought Coles fresh gnocchi this afternoon. Wasn't until I cooked it that I saw all the MOULD. I shop there all the time this is the 1st time I have had an issue.
