I shall try to be brief with my review. I was highly disappointed with the service from LJH Victoria park. The experience as a tenant through the sale and new lease was highly stressful and confusing. It often required myself or my husband prompting for answers and queries about the process for things to be actioned in a reasonably timely manner. Delayed and frankly appalling communication even with time sensitive email queries. An all round general lack of professionalism in almost all of my interactions with them. It became evident when we were contacting different employees, that the poor communication also stretched to be within their own teams. Additionally, I felt there was a lack of empathy and understanding with almost all interactions with multiple staffers. My experience with their conduct and customer service left a lot to be desired. The bond release process was worse than pulling teeth. It quickly became very sour when we queried how they’d calculated our break lease fees. In all my time as a tenant, with multiple other realestate companies, I have never had such trouble or such a poor experience. I will never recommend LJH to anyone and would in fact highly recommend one proceeds with caution if required to interact.

Completely terrible - Never rent from them, Ghosted us when we tried to get information on returning our bond and gave us no communication, no notice nothing. Still haven't recieved money 2 months after vacating despite numerous attempts to contact them.EDIT TO ADD; matter finalised" after GOVERNMENT intervention. Reason for not returning bond for 3 months: Employee was on holiday. Would give 0 stars and take to court if I could."
