My husband and I stayed at Willows Motel on 23/5/23. It was absolutely fantastic! Truly beautiful rooms. What blew us away even more however was the incredible service provided by Yvonne, the manager. Nothing was a problem! She went above and far beyond what would be expected. We'd recommend this motel to everyone. People would be fools to pass it up!

They LIMIT your TIME/DATA for WIFI!?I have NEVER been to a hotel/motel/hostel/B&B that has limited the data amount or time of wifi you are allowed to. It only lasted about 4 hours on & off. By 7pm I had no more wifi. Did I reach my time limit (as we checked in around 3:30pm) or did I reach my data limit (completely doubt that!)? As a Canadian travelling around the country, I absolutely depend on wifi at accommodation. Unbelievable.Additionally, the reviews from several years ago are wildly inaccurate now. Read current reviews.Drapes ripped, spider webs in corners of ceiling, gap to outside around front door, TV remote doesn't work because it's a touch button TV- had to get up to turn it off and change channels. Hot water flickered on & off while I had a shower and the shower itself is tiny, but also the head is calcified so not running water clearly & the shower base has calcification. The bed was okay for comfort, but the pillow was as thin as an airline pillow.Again, these are all things I'd be fine with, but NOT at $145 Aud per night.

This delightful motel welcomed us with its clean, well-appointed rooms and thoughtful amenities. The staff outdid themselves with their attention to detail and genuine kindness, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Perfectly situated, we enjoyed easy access to city attractions while also appreciating the tranquillity

Lovely, clean and spacious unit. Very helpful staff. It was a nice quiet location when we were there. If I am in Goulburn again this would be my go to motel.Thankyou Willows staff for making our stay so comfortable.

AVOID.We had a ‘two bedroom suite’ (actually was just 1 room and the second bed was in the main living space) and as someone who has travelled and stayed in 100+ accommodations this is top 3 of the worst.Dark, dingy, mould in bathroom, stunk like 100 old people had died and were buried in the walls, cobwebs, the air-con filter was filthy and we could taste the dirty air it was blowing around.I almost never write reviews unless I wish to warn others of something that really stands out as worth avoiding and this absolutely should be avoided. We almost left but instead spent the night making jokes about how we’d probably either be murdered or get emphysema.The room was covered in dust, mould in bathroom, the carpet in one spot was actually soaking wet for some unknown reason too.Staff seemed nice enough but I wouldn’t return for free, not even for a quick stop over.

Don't believe the reviews...I read the reviews and that's why i booked this place. It is very basic. Like stepping back in time, the bed was very average, cobwebs in the corner, rattly old airconditioner. ripped curtains. I could hear every word they were saying and some banging sounds coming from the room next door and ended up banging on the wall to ask them to be quiet. I didn't have a shower...I couldn't wait to get out of there.

If I could give it no stars I would. Not sure where the photos came from on their website because our room was old, needed repairs and was outdated. Bedding was so old and sheets had rips, pillows were barely pillows. Fridge was full of water, the guy at reception was nice, that about the only good thing I can say. Worst place we have stayed in 3 weeks of travel.

This motel is not clean. It should not be rated 4 stars. The carpet is disgusting, mould in the bathroom, dirty plate in the cupboard, uncleanness in one of the kitchen cupboards, the dirt around the bottom of the shower was awful...stay at your own risk
