Cactus Watches

Love these watches, especially the trackers! Good prices, great product and excellent customer service.

Purchased a smart watch and had to return to place of purchase as it would not charge or pick up heart rate or other vitals. I was given a replacement only for it to fail. Screen will not open, will not charge. Will be returning again for a refund.

Great watches and excellent customer service. I received fast and helpful advice, had my order shipped same-day by Express Post, and am really happy with the watch. It comes packaged in a cute little plastic light globe, with the time and date already set. Will certainly be returning if I need any more kids' watches!

I purchased 2 attractive kids Watches online as a Christmas present for 2 boys. I found the face small and I personally found it difficult to read and teach telling the time. The other broke in 3 months. Im not sure if other customers have had this problem.The warranty did not cover certain parts of the watch including the band. I only wanted to replace one of the bands and informed Cactus of my request which I thought was reasonable given that the watch was relatively new and hardly worn and not ‘roughly handled’ in any way .They asked for $12 as it was not under warranty. After contacting Consumer Affairs for advice, I recontacted Cactus and requested a free replacement on the grounds that the band was not durable . Cactus replaced the band for free and I am grateful. They did respond promptly to my emails.As mentioned, the band on the second watch broke. The reason I did not get it replaced was because the face was badly scratched, making it impossible to read the numbers and teach telling the time. Both watches only lasted 4months tops and nowadays both boys are learning to tell the time using a conventional watches.

I'm not usually good with gifts. But my niece loved the cactus smartwatch I gave her last week. Thanks guys!! I'm back to being the best uncle
