It's disgusting how msn homes has ruined people's lives that have had contracts terminated and been dragged along for 18+ months and nothing to show for it.

They are building one in griffin and and in one and half year, they just put frames. Stay away from this company

I would highly recommend MSN builders for your next build!! I am currently in the process of building a new property with MSN and recently had my colour selection with them. We were beyond pleased with the customer service and the attention to detail demonstrated by their colour consultant, Yana. She allowed gracious amount of time for us to analyse and decide what colours we want, as well as, systematically structured the elements in the house that we needed to select the colours for. Furthermore, she was providing innovative ideas to make our home look even better.Additionally, Peter from electrical is also a highly knowledgeable and a very helpful individual who helped us better structure the electrical elements to our home. We spent two entire days with Yana and Peter, who looked after us very well and even provided morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea for us. They made us feel very respected, valued and gave us their 200% attention throughout the process. This is by far the best team we have worked. We are delighted with the process so far and we certainly looking forward to working with them in the future and hoping that our will truly represent the amazing time we have had with MSN!!Lovekesh & Jagpreet

Worst builders to deal with, so slow, change my quote at least 5 times for same home, after taking deposit of $3000, they think they can do whatever they like. They just give cheap prices to begin with and after taking deposit they change prices. My tender was signed and they purposely didn’t send HIA contract for 2 months and then they said price have gone up by $75000.They wasted my 1 year. My land now been registered over 8 months. Now I have to find new builder and that do that on purpose so you feel so stuck that you would go with them rather then wasting your more time. Owner is just business man and running company on somebody else’s builder license.Very dodgy Buildersstay away save your time and money

Absolutely disgraceful service from this company!Signed on over 13 months ago with the promise that they would build our house after we had been burnt by another builder.After going through the usual design/contract stage, we were told they had council approval early October, and we were ready to start the build, this is after they demanded an extra $30k from us before they will start the build, or they would terminate the contract, we reluctantly agreed.Trying to contact anyone from the company is near impossible. Repetitive attempts to contact anyone, every week for the last 5 months has literally resulted in us waiting at the office for hours for someone to arrive to get some answers.Finally forced a meeting with the owner of MSN, Mandeep, only to be told that they are not going to build the house.We were told a bunch of excuses that had no grounds or reason and promised communication within 2 days to return our deposit, council approval and rights to our plans.We are a week and counting and have still had no communication from anyone from MSN. We have tried calling all the numbers we have, and all ring out and go to message bank. Have tried emailing, and again, no response.Stay as far away as possible from any dealing with this company and any business with Mandeep Singh Narang in general.

Our journey with MSN homes proved to be overall an exciting one.We started off with a bang!! Had a few hicupps at different stages but considering the current market scenario, it was expected.Great thing was the staff at MSN home ( special thanks to Carrie and Chris ) took special care to address and rectify concerns.Thank you Mandeep Narang and team MSN.Everyone around is very appreciative of our gorgeous new home. This is just the start.. wishing realization of many more dream homes with MSN.Good luck !!

MSN homes so dodgy they never stand on there words there image is so worst in market, as they signed lots of people ask them to pay deposit and never get back to them, poor customer service, poor way of work, disgusting way of dealing with customer as there sales girls start flirt with you for getting money to sign paper work on the spot, as owner MANDEEP SING NARANG SO CALLED MSN ALSO FAKE PERSON NEVER RETURN PEOPLE MONEY, owner do rip people money once customer sign the contract they don’t care about them at all, after get signed done calling people asking more to pay start from 60000$ as cash if you want us to build your home, is this is a joke, so slow in processing things, OWNER IS ALSO DONT HAVE BUILDER LICENSE STILL RIPPING PEOPLE ASKING PAY DOUBLE THE PRICE, OWNER IS FROM NEWZELAND AND TROWLY PUSHERPEOPLE DONT CHOOSE MSN IN if you really want to build your home

DO NOT SUPPORT! This business do not pay their own bills. They get other businesses in to do work, and when it comes time to invoicing them for that work, they simply ignore you. Seriously unethical and wrong. Do not support them as they rip off and don’t support fellow businesses.

Yana helped us with our new home design, she is expert in her position.We got help by staff members at MSN homes with our 5% deposit. Truely it is not MSN's fault it is the whole market and industry. We are happy at the end of the day. Mariloo and Anthony helped us a lot. Thanks Mariloo
