Some of the best charcoal chicken I've had.Salads are a must, very fresh and thought out.Was a bummer that a lot of food items had sold out by 6pm, as I wanted to try more, but you can easily see why when walking in. Very busy and in high demand.Genuine food and a genuine shop.

Just had a Hawaiian/tropical burger and have to say it's one of the best I've had, real chicken not a processed patty. Definitely will go back for another.

Sponsors of the local Woodend Masters Football Club, I made use of a voucher generously provided by Woodend Charcoal Chicken. Our three kids loved the Chicken, Chips, and Gravy. Glad I went by myself to pick up the take-away, as the kids play area of magnets, wooden train set, and Duplo is lovely and I imagine I wouldn’t get out of there until they had explored the lot.

Completely standard chicken, soggy chips... I ordered a quarter chicken and chips with salad and asked for the salad to be separate so that I could add gravy to the hot stuff... I was told I'd have to just order a quarter chicken and chips meal and buy the salad extra.... So almost 20 bucks instead of 10... Also the home made coleslaw" was almost inedible"

This chicken shop is a winner, always delicious juicy chicken and a good mixture of salads.Feel for the owner who has struggled with staff shortages and unexpected closures. But he does the best he can.

That's some tasty chicken! Everything was delicious, service was fantastic and excellent value. The chips and gravy was probably some of the best I've had! Highly recommended
