Friendly staff and convenient location. Like how they give you approx waiting time and text you when ready allowing you to do any other shopping instead of standing waiting. Everything taken care of in short time. So much easier than spending hours on the phone. Very happy and recommend.

Terrible! Each time the store attendants were extremely rude and difficult to understand. They took our details multiple times, kept us waiting, then sent us away & advised us to come back in 2 hrs. They said would hold onto a specific phone. We came back, waited 20 min and then they said they sold the phone!!! Very rude female store attendant, who gave no apology.

Great service, staff do their best given how busy the store can get. Bought a 14 pro max and some head phones and was very happy with the service. Am local to the area.

The gentleman named Frais was so helpful to me with my new phone purchase and set up.He was so considerate ,calm and made phone transition so much easier. There should be more people like him in that occupation..Well done

Actually, an unusually excellent experience because of the helpful young man that assisted us on the day. Damned if I can remember his name but big thank you for your service. Best I have had when not actually buying something. Keep it up
