Worst customer service. Booked Therapists then they kept cancelling on me but charged me for the session anyway. Owner very unprofessional.In regards to the below reply. I’m not a fake account!! This is not a fake review!! Even your Facebook page says you have capacity. Just proves More lies from the owner. Don’t trust this company!!!

Signed my son up with correlate for speech services and psychology. They took all my sons ndis money in only a few months but we only seen them 2 times! All of the therapy money is gone and now we have mo more money for help. Tryed to talk to the owner but she is ignoring my calls and emails. Amanda was happy to take$9000 for nothing ! Called ndis to report but they are taking so long to get back to meMy answer to the owners comment below. I have checked with the plan manager and can see all of the invoices from Correllate that have been paid. Some invoices are for dietician and we have never used a dietician! Some weeks you have changed for 6 different therapies that we did not even have ! You stole from us and left my son with no one to help us.

Definitely recommend correlate connections!!All the staff we have had are Amazing, they go above and beyond to help my daughter meet her needs. They are professional and easy to get along with. Highly recommend them.

A terrible place. Don't do business with these people. The psychologist there tricked me and I was sent away to the mental unit for a week. Also the support co-ordinator is lazy, she was supposed to do the work and put me into contacts with people that help me but I had to do most of the work. Avoid like the plague they are dishonest. Now after emailing them twice for my psychology records twice that was ignored but my psychiatrist could easily get them when they rang up. They also hassle you every day if you don't respond to their emails within 24 hours and will send the police out for you to check on you if you don't respond. I don't recommend business with them.Yes, I noticed I got a response from the owner who said that I'm discussing sensitive information however it's my business also instead of them feeling threatened by my right to complain, they could instead find ways to fix the culture of their business.

An amazing team of professionals with a large variety of support services on offer and an awesome support network behind them. The therapists are amazing and the team goes above and beyond to help get the best NDIS plan. I couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend.

My son was briefly in a SIL home with Correlate Connections. I brought him back home due to his funding being depleted in 12 short weeks.Turns out it was the biggest blessing in disguise. I have since found an honest, caring provider & supports that have helped my son thrive. He is now the happiest he has ever been living the life I always wanted for him.Thank you CC, if it wasn’t for your gross misuse of funds my son might still be miserable in your SIL home.Would not recommend any of your services.

Considering we have only recently transitioned from our old service provider to Correlate Connections for both Occupational & Speech Therapy. This transition has come along seamlessly.As a parent you always have concerns, namely if your child doesn't have a connection with their Therapist. But in having said this, I feel that my son is building his relationship with his Therapist and have noticed after his sessions that he has had a good and pleasant time.

Extremely let down by the company!! I was only with them a short while in that time they were not helpful at all!!!! Had absolutely no understanding or care that a child with Autism acts differently at School and Home Life therefor Refused to involve me as to what was happening! The Reports they wrote Unhelpful, Towards the end my family was going through some major changes that no family should ever have to go through and the Therapist i opened up to about everything was Extremely Cold!! No Empathy just like a robotic 'oh well' reply. Any questions i asked would often be met by replies like 'Thats not my field you need to ask someone else'IM GLAD WE LEFT.
