Budget Brakes & Auto Repairs

I have always dreaded taking my vehicles to the mechanics, not anymore. After seeing the reviews of this garage, i thought i would give Lloyd a try. I was not to be disappointed.I found Lloyd very easy to talk to, honest, very knowledgeable, and more than happy to take the time to explain everything he had done in straight forward layman's terms. His prices were beyond fair, but to be honest for a service like that i would happily pay more.From now on i will look forward to taking my vehicles to Lloyd every time they need a service or extra attention.

Really good to be able to deal with a decent and friendly guy. Previous owner was great - new owner unreliable and after arranging for work - arrived and they told me couldn't do the work due to not realising a Toyota Coaster was that big ????? Created huge drama for me as I had organised accommodation around the booking. Very unprofessional

Lloyd was a great help, replaced my badly worn brake pads with new ones. He got them delivered and fitted in the same day and he did it all for a great price. Nice genuine guy, would certainly recommend him and will definitely go back if I run into any other car issues in the future (touch wood!)

Found Lloyd from reading the reviews. I too can now testify the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic. Lloyd is a wonderful gentleman. Repairs on my 32 year old car need parts manufacturing and whilst it took a week or so, was a top job at a very reasonable rate. Will be back and highly recommend.

Be aware that Budget Brakes & Auto Repairs have sold their business, and Lloyd is long gone. I was not informed of this when I phoned in November 2022 to book my Mazda in for diagnostic work, based on the 5-star reviews that Lloyd was given on Google reviews. All the signage on the perimeter fence and above the entrance door says Budget Brakes & Auto Repairs" and I assumed that Kyle who answered the phone was either Lloyd's son or an employee. I also assumed that full details of what was wrong with my car would be relayed to Lloyd for his investigation.It was only after I had dropped my car off in early January and was on the bus on the way home that the penny dropped (due to Kyle saying they were "still setting up" as the reason why there was no waiting room) that perhaps this might not be Budget Brakes & Auto Repairs. I had been met by Kyle outside in the parking area

My business has relied on Lloyd's services for the last ten years and I have always been 100% satisfied with his great service, knowledge, professionalism, value and high standards of work. I would highly recommend for all your vehicle maintenance.

Honestly it is so hard to find people who care these days about service and with Lloyd our faith has been restored that this does still exist. Quality service at its best and you would be mad to go elsewhere. I recommend this business highly. Support local and stick with good people who wont treat you like a number. Lloyd actually cares and is extremely thorough and reasonably priced. Do yourself a favor and book your car here for any mechanical needs
