Katherine Owen from Established Properties in Point Cook has been a total godsend for us. She really went above and beyond to make sure our move into the property went smoothly. When our movers messed up and couldn't do the job in the afternoon as planned, Katherine got us the keys early in the morning at 7:30 am. She even sorted out some missing garage keys, finding them in the office and making sure we got them on time. She even swung by our place when we had an urgent repair request to check it out and offer her expert opinion. Katherine genuinely cares about her tenants and always goes the extra mile. I've dealt with a lot of agents due to my job, but nobody even comes close to Katherine's professionalism and empathy. I have been using Established Property to manage my investment property in Point Cook since 2012 and throughout this 11 year time frame they have been excellent. I can say this because I own other investment properties in Melbourne and as such have used many different real estate agents to manage these properties none of which have been as good. I have been approached several times over the last 11 years by other various competitor real estate agents in Point Cook to switch across and save management fees by using them but I have never considered doing this as their service has been awesome. In particular my current Property Manager Poppy Krishnamoorthy has been fantastic over the last few years. Shout out to Alex Sherwen and Mae Richmond whom have been excellent as well.I will be looking to sell this property at the end of 2023 and will be also utilizing Alex to list and sell the property for me and based on the last 10 years of excellent service I know he and the team will do a fantastic job selling it for me as well.I highly recommend this business.
