Very let down to say the least. Completely ruined my day, and my clothes because it fell apart and leaked juice everywhere. Can't believe the little about if any care put into the food at this store. Will definitely never be coming back to this store or any other GYG.

I love GYG but this Arana Hills store makes the SMALLEST burritos. I bought it on 3 separate days this week and all of them were tiny and mostly filled with rice. Definitely a cost cutting stunt cause they are at least 25-30% smaller. I would love my money back.

Would someone care to explain why there was a nail hidden in the middle of my burrito? Bit into it and nearly broke my teeth, imagine if I had swallowed in? Pretty poor if you ask me

Our first visit to this store as our son has been asking to visit. We were disappointed. The burrito's were small & had very little to no pulled pork mainly rice, they took them to the counter & new ones were made & were a lot better however we were questioned by the manager when they were bought out to the table that she believed them!I had the nachos & the corn chips were stale. Disappointing when you nearly pay $60

Don’t wait until I get there to start making the order. It happens every time. If I order online and it says it is ready, I shouldn’t have to wait when I get there.

The service at Arana Hills Plaza place wasn't fast and the food wasn't hot. The vegetarian regular bowl had so many rice and less of the other ingredients which covered all the surface of the dish. Looked good, but I would recommend only because it's a healthier option of fast food.They make a great Dirty Chai Latte with almond milk for 2.50 dollars the small cup.
