Worst experience ever. Unprofessional and poor workmanship. Our window leaks and they sprayed black paint on screws which stained the powder coated frame. They left metal shavings and screws on our driveway and were cleary not well trainedI tried to contact Shane on 5 occasions but he never came to inspect the finished job and rectify the stuff ups.I have never felt so unhappy and let down my a company in my life.

Timeless Steel Windows
I had a glazed wall installed in my Loft earlier this year. The experience up until the day of installation with prompt and professional. However, after noticing some significant issues with the quality of the glass install (namely large gaps along where the glass should meet the frame and not sitting quite level in the metal frame ) as well as a 'rough' siliconing finish; I raised this with Shane and was immediately assured that he would remedy the problem.That was great to hear. However after the promised 'fix' date came and passed, I continued to follow up on this promise on four occasions, unsuccessfully. I gave up, disappointed.
