Transdev should have it’s contract revoked. Bunch of liers. They don’t tell translink what’s going on. No information on their website, but they will tell you it’s there. How this company continues to get away with this rubbish

Five stars! - I can't thank the drivers enough.My wife catches the Sheldon loop twice a day and the drivers are always friendly and stop outside our house.It is wonderful that they have concerns for her safety at night and she doesn't have to make the dangerous walk home in the dark from the bus stop down the road.

Afraid my trip home tonight from Brisbane city on the 4:53pm 281 was horrid. The driver’s braking was terrible he hit the brakes too hard making the bus lurch. I got up to leave and he did it again causing me to strike my left breast against a pole, normally I wouldn’t have said anything but I’ve had breast cancer removed 3 weeks ago and it hurt by God. Also I was travel sick and felt dizzy when finally off the bus. I gave one star didn’t deserve it.

I accidentally left my small Esky with all my keys on the bus. They were very helpful and found my item and very happy to retrieve my items off the bus driver at the end of his shift.Well done

I had a very heavy bag (30+kg) & the driver wouldn't allow me to get on through the front doors. I understand the covid requirements but lifting my bag thru the back doors was a challenge especially as i have a bad back.

Absolutely fuming - went to catch the 6.47pm service from Wellington Point to Capalaba - the driver was in the right hand lane,he went through the lights at the cnr of Badgen Rd and Birkdale road like the clappers - he didn't even look at the bus stop or slow down - I'm furious I would appreciate it I'd transdav would reimburse my cab fare from here to Capalaba - dreadful!

If drivers ring in sick or do not turn up they just miss the trip totally. Inconvenience for passengers. And the State Govt wonder why people drive into the city? Disgusting

Shocking service and excuses made for buses not turning up. People have to get to and from work, but buses are cancelled all the time without notice Passengers are left stranded at bus stops and staff don't care. Transdev does not advise Translink of cancelled buses, so they have no information to help you.
