I had ordered Granite Gel but warehouse error resulted in Ceramic Gel being delivered. The timing of the delivery was spot on time.Forwarded an email and a prompt telephone response was received from Nguyen who handled the matter politely and professionally. The correct product was received today within a 3 day timeline including weekend. A pack of polishing cloths were also included and return of the wrong product not required. Thank You Nguyen your excellent customer service skills were most impressive.

We used Stone Doctor's Simon's doctor service to repair, clean, repolish and return our beautiful stone benches to their original glory - in fact he improved on the original installation. Simon is a clear and responsive communicator and planner - an outstanding tradesman and always on-time. His work was meticulous, his recommendations wise, his advice for out ongoing maintenance sound and achievable.

I turned to the Stone Doctor in despair, our beautiful newly laid Terrazzo tiles had lost their colour and the grouting had ruined the surface. Thanks to the thoughtful care and restoration work undertaken by the Stone Doctor the floor will be the highlight of our new bathroom for years to come. Most highly recommended with thanks.

We have marble tiles in our bathroom, which were severely stained by water and urine. Harish & his team came in brought the stone back.It was an awkward environment to work in & they have removed the stains & brought the tiles back to looking good, all while being considerate of us still living in the house whilst they worked.They did a great job!

After carefully researching stone restoration products and methods we found the Stone doctor.The service provided is excellent. Went to the shop to look at some products to assist restoring our marble bench. Simon took the time to show us the best products to use and gave us plenty of tips on how to use them.Simon has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to stone restoration. We were rushing to get our home ready for sale and had an issue with the blue stone pavers. It was professionslly pressure cleaned with poor effect. Simon Gabriel from Stone Doctor visited and was confident it was mould. He couriered an $80 cleaning agent the very next day. After a 2 hour brush and hose off.....see the pics.We are indebted to you Simon..... amazing knowledge and service.
