The hot water system installed only works tentatively, there's no regularity to when it does and doesn't work. Have been trying to get onto tech support for over a month am told I will be put through to them and then am told they couldn't get me through, but someone will call me back. Which has never happened. Asked the person on the phone if the support centre existed and whether other people actually get put through to support and she said she couldn't answer that question.

We're so happy we used Australian Energy Upgrades for our Solar! They were thoroughly helpful and professional throughout the whole process and provided outstanding service. We're really happy with the solar system, which has far exceeded our expectations. I wish we'd done it sooner! I can't recommend them highly enough.

Tell your call centre from Bombay to stop calling me. If your closed on a Saturday then why call me on my day off, and hang up.

Unsolicited calls for hot water and yes I double checked the business

The attention to detail was noticeable from the start. I was always well informed and Australian Energy upgrades took care of all of the grants that I was eligible for. The panels generate more power than I use through the day; even during overcast days.

They made me take photos of the heater, had to take time off from our work just to do this while the sun is up. Then they cancelled our appointment and never came back to us for rescheduling. Terrible.Update: They called me after a month, got a heater installed. It didn’t work properly at first as there was some plastic from within the unit that got the entire system stuck and we didn’t have hot water overnight. Electrician came back again the next day and fixed everything. Now our hot water system is way better and just as expected. All swell that ended well.Update after 3 months: our hot water system is working perfectly. It literally shaved 50% off our electric bill! We are so happy that after all the hassle in the beginning, it all worked out for the best!
