I went into Evita in Brunswick to purchase a very small and inexpensive item. Despite my small transaction the sales assistant gave me 5 star hospitality and made me feel like the sale was as important as an expensive purchase. I'll definitely be shopping there for my jewllery in the future.

I was DISGUSTED with how the shop smelt after I working 12 hours straight I went and wanted a ring for one of my pregnant ladies and all of their products were subpar to say the least. I recommend buy coal and waiting 4 million years for it to combust into a diamond because it' still take a shorter amount of time

I've bought a few pieces of jewelry from them (ranging from low to medium cost) on seperate occasions and each time I have been extremely happy with the service and help provided. Every time I was served they were extremely patient and freely offered help and advice.Beyond their sales service, they have also willingly found the sizes of multiple pieces of jewelry and fingers (free of charge). They offer free resizing on rings purchased and seem to take great pride in their work overall.I will happily continue going there and look forward to my next visit.

The single best thing about this business is the woman who works there during week days. The quality of ALL their products is extremely poor. I have bought multiple chains and crosses from there and all chains have broken within the first 2 months and 2 crosses have bent. The only thing that kept me going back was that lovely lady and me thinking that it was my fault. 5 chains later..... Have realised it is a cheap Abd nasty product. The owner is arrogant, and the jeweller is even worse.... Stating 'I don't care' ... 'Take it to consumer affairs'Go somewhere else....

Extremely helpful, patient and very kind. I came in with some images of an engagement ring and Don helped me bring it to life. He managed to make it picture perfect, then on top of that helped me create a matching wedding band.
