Got my dress steamed before the wedding and they gave me a 50% voucher for a clean afterwards. The 'clean' was $800 so with the voucher came down to $400. For what is an absolute rip off even at the supposed 50% off discounted price, the end result was just disappointing. My dress upon pickup still had small pebbles and bark in between the tulle and lace layers. I do not recommend and in fact, will warn everyone to avoid this shoddy place.

These guys did a FABULOUS job cleaning and boxing my wedding dress that I let sit in the cupboard for 4 years. Their customer service is IMPECCABLE! Such friendly staff and so helpful in offering different options and best of all the price is very competitive. I was worried about the cost as I’ve heard it can be quite a lot to dry clean and box and probably why I left it so long. But this company has exceeded my expectations and I will highly recommend them to everyone!

As a couture dressmaker I can confidently say that the amazing team at Syndal's Bridal Dry cleaners are the best in Melbourne. I recommend all of my brides to take their delicate couture pieces here. I have never seen such a dedicated professional as the lady who assisted me during both of my visits at the store. You can just tell she is truly passionate about her work, has a true care for her brides and genuinely cares for her customers. I felt I was experiencing the royal treatment but it's clear she treats all customers like that. This is all apart from the fact that my dress was cleaned and cared for impeccably, at a reasonable price, even though the bottom of my dress has black staining from walking around the grubby streets of the city! I absolutely could not recommend them higher.

Maria was the lady who took in my dress. They are very professional, efficient and good at communicating especially with regard to timeframes for cleaning. Maria was particularly helpful and went above and beyond what was expected by contacting the manager with my queries after 5pm. If you can afford it, then recommend as they did a great job with great service.

Great customer service and the staff were lovely to deal with! My wedding ballgown was super dirty and it came up brand new !! They did such an incredible job, couldn’t recommend them enough!
