We waited nearly a month for a soil test, told it wud be 10-14 business days, they offer no financial clause in the contract and this caused us to have to pull out, after paying $600 for the contract only to find it was insufficient for the bank. Zen takes a long time to respond and when she does it is very minimal and uninformative. Would not recommend to waste ur time if ur a 1st home buyer on a budget or haven't done it before. VERY DISAPPOINTED to miss out on our dream home.
