The Pool Stain Removers

I recently had Wade Bosse from Pool Stain removers assess my pool that was suffering from a lot of black deposits caused by my Copper Sulphate system. Wades recommendation and treatment resulted in a better result than I could ever imagine. His professional attitude and product knowledge combined with his follow up advice was exceptional. This product is truly amazing and Wade was also very helpful throughout the whole process. The previous person I had discussed this staining with advised me that I had to drain the pool and acid wash the surface. Using this stain treatment my pool was looking like new again in 2 x weeks.

Have been looking for a while to treat my pool and tried all types of stain removes and the like but when I found the Pool Stain Removers online and did some research I thought I would give it a go. It was probably the best decision I made because the treatment has returned my pool back to new and the service Wade provided was top class no matter how many times I messaged him. Thank you for your prompt reply to my problem concerning extreme Pool StainingThe kit that you provided was amazing in its effectiveness and result that was obtained.My one concern was that i did not to have to drain/empty the pool which was NOT required by this system.I followed the instructions provided to the tee, both written and youtube video for the preparation and actual removal process.My local pool maintenance shop was a little hesitant with any information on the procedure, but quite interested in what was involved.The process took 10 days (through some very hot weather) to complete, but the result was simply amazing.All stains were completely eradicated and the water returned to a near perfect clearness.We would like to thank you Wade for providing such a successful result.ps Our pool maintenance provider was so taken back the she requested your contact details for future reference.

I came across Wade and his products two years ago after I was told the only way of removing calcium build up was to drain the pool and acid wash it to get an acceptable result. After discussing with Wade on the phone what his product could do I took the leap of faith and placed an order to give it a try. It did everything that was communicated and provided a fantastic result. Two years later I am giving the pool a follow up treatment as the original calcium build up was quite heavy and expecting great results again and hopefully back to new finish look!

We recently contacted The Pool Stain Removers as we had black spot and staining through our pool. I spoke directly with Wade who asked me a lot of questions to ascertain our problem and then talked me through how the process would work. Although we are located in Perth, the products were sent over to us straight away. The instructions which were sent were very easy to follow and we had results within days!!! We were surprised by how quickly it worked and amazed with the results. I have since made contact with some follow up questions and Wade has been so helpful and quick to respond. We couldn't be happier with the products and the customer service - a great Company to deal with!

I bought the product 2 years ago and only found time to apply it in July this year. The whole process took around 2 weeks so I recommend doing it in Winter when the pool is not used as much.I have a naked system (with ionzier) and this product removed all stains. It's not cheap but I've tried a lot of different products and only this one worked for me.
