Friendly staff, pain to get around with a pram/trolley/wheel chair etc. needs to widen the aisles to allow customers to shop pleasantly. Good variety, get what you pay for.

Standing in line at Colonnades Reject Shop, I spent most of the ten minutes waiting by asking myself why only one person worked a register while two other team members stood in an aisle nearby chatting. Customers aren't exactly a priority.
