Very easy to access since it is right next to the glenferrie train station. Quite small compared to the other woolworths outlets. However that is to be expected since it is a metro branch. You can get basic necessities and fresh produce, meat, baked goods and other groceries. Small checkout area that tends to get very crowded. Bread and eggs tend to sell out very fast after 5pm . Overall it has most things you could get at any woolworths branch. Wheelchair accessible as well.

Obsessed with lack of serviceI just got back from this supermarket and it took around ten minutes to get through the checkout and four staff.The bright sparks at Woolworths are obsessed with giving you the least possible service. As well as the self checkout which is now proving how valuable it is buy making theft raise to record levels they have now installed cash machines at the regular checkout which means that you now put your money in the machine and it gives you change with the staff scanning the products. I don't want to get into the reasons why I still use cash and that my ninety year old mother will never be able to use a cash machine ( I told her and she will never enter this store again). The machine would not accept my money (a five dollar note) and the staff and myself tried around a dozen times with the resolution being that a staff member swapped my note with one out of his wallet (what a @#$%%$T@ circus). Yeah they are going to tell you that it is more this and that (I have heard it all before) and I am not interested. the bottom line is less service. No matter how far into the horizon we travel elderly people no matter how tech savvy will never (repeat never)be comfortable with this forced system of stupidity no doubt devised by easily lead non lateral thinking decision makers. Good bye Woolworths you are not a monopoly and will not have my shopping conducted on your terms.

This is one of my favourite Woolworths stores. I love the size of the store it's not too big and love the set up. The workers have been so kind and ever so helpful. Its just quaint pleasant experience to shop at this Woolworths store.

The staff are great and they keep shelves full, I don't like that all dairy products are behind doors that you have to open everyone touching, having some hand sanitizer in these areas would be helpful.Produce section is always fresh and clean so overall a good shopping experience

Wait time at checkout counter could be an issue so, highly recommended to use self checkout machines. Fresh meats are sometimes difficult to find and chilled ones, aplenty. Happy shopping.

Bad experienceTeam doesn’t know much from management side perspective. Very less knowledge on products, offers and the night team(frontend) was not much helpfulOnce I went, and took item from clearance, somehow the price was not listed for 2 items. I have asked them a price, so they told me that they’ll give at full price as they don’t have knowledge on this
