Springvale Indoor Sports

Plenty of indoor sports and birthday parties happening. Indoor soccer, cricket, inflatables.A cafe inside and lot of parking which is almost full on weekends. On Springvale road and staff are friendly.

Had my sons birthday there and was very disappointed with the lack of organisation. We supposedly had a party host that was non existent except for when they played nerf wars. They provide you with a paper that has the schedule and that's it, no help or support. I was running around putting bands on kids, organising bar tabs that I previously organised a week prior that was not set up, also told upon arrival that I hadn't ordered any Platters which I did. I. was offered no service or help with food or cake serving etc. I pay money for a party host for a reason, not to spend 2 hours doing their job. The food that came out for 14 children was Not enough to feed 10.i ended up ordering more food from the Cafe for the kids, which took time to arrive and held me back a few minutes. I asked for an extra 10 minutes to enable the kids to finish eating and cut the cake and was told I needed to be out as there was another party,I was rushed by ladies coming in and cleaning as the kids were eating cake, most didn't get to finish eating,all was thrown away and we were told to move out. I was also shocked at the service at the Cafe, one person serving and making coffees which meant you would wait a minimum of 5 to 10 minutes to get served. It's a shame.

Good areas for play... But I did my daughter birthday party at this place and it was dark, ugly and narraw corner, they don't put even some music I feel like in a funeral, food was average... fair enough and the guys who help us were really nice.However is not a place that would choose for a birthday party again.

The hosting for my daughter birthday party was non existent, very disappointing. We had just a table in the middle of the centre for kids, no table organised for adults even though we had food ordered, no real hosting for the kids or interaction, although this was the service.Me and my husband had to run around and compensate the lack of hosting.Lady at reception seemed suspicious every time I asked for additional wrist bands, even though we didn't get enough for all kids.Overall, thankfully the kids had fun on the inflatables, but us adults were left uncomfortable and annoyed.Wouldn't recommend for birthday parties.

My son Paul Anh enjoyed the holiday program very much❤️ and he made many new friends, playing and learning together.The team was very helpful with children.Thank you Julia for helping with Enrolment and making things easy:)Thanks to your teams working hard with the children.I can highly recommended for holiday program.

Absolutely disgraceful venue. These people charge over $100 and do not provide a safe usable ball. After asking numerous times, they just give an option of one worst than the othe.

great for kids bday parties. staff were easy to deal with. everything was seamless. had chosen the sports party where you could select 3 types of sports. you are allocated a host to manage all the sports within a 1.5-2hour timeslot. at the end you do get to go in the inflatables. although, the only downside was the circular inflatable on the left side which was very dangerous; someone could easily get caught between the cracks and suffocate if there were a bunch of kids going on it at the one time. we had reported this but not sure if anything was done about it.

Probably one of the largest indoor sports facilities in Melbourne with loads of sports options and very specious area for indoor sports or training with Cafe facilities and vandal machines at a reasonableprice,only wish the bowling run up(cricket) area was longer for pace bowlersOtherwise Strongly recommend for indoor training/sports
