Disappointing massage. These people are incredibly unprofessional.1) the masseuse left the door open when she walked out to get the hot stones and when she came back she left the door open until I told her to close it.2) a male and female staff were talking the entire time of my treatment loudly and at one point had some video playing out loud on their phone3) my masseuse put the hot stones on top of my back and said she'll be back in a few minutes... 7 minutes passed and I got up and yelled out for assistance asking what's going on and I was told my masseuse went to the bathroom.4) massuese's hands were freezing at the beginning of the treatment.5) my arms and feet were not massaged at all. A 70 minute massage was only on my back and the back of my legs.What a waste of time and money. Please don't waste your time and money like I did.

We were late to our appointment which was our fault. But the massage was incredible. She was quite friendly even though we had made her wait around for us to arrive with a very late appointment time.

This was by far the worst massage I've ever had. Firstly the masseur didn't listen to me when I said she was being too rough. Secondly, another staff member opened the room while I was there half naked on the table and chatted to my masseur about her client while her client stood there and was in full view of me. Thirdly, the staff were talking do loudly the whole time. I walked out in more pain and feel like my whole back is bruised. Worst experience I have ever had.

There should be a rating for ZERO stars. They obviously don’t like gift vouchers. I rang in advance to make an appointment, however was told that there is no availability at all for at least 3 weeks. Funny that because whenever I’ve walked past, the place is empty or temporarily closed (that alone speaks for itself I guess!) What a joke. This place needs to sort itself out.

If only there was a zero star option! I called to book an appointment using a voucher and she refused to speak to me on the phone, said she would only communicate via email. I was unable to get in for weeks, apparently she is just so busy. I arrived at my appointment today to find the shop closed and locked up. Hopefully Scoopon can cut all ties with this unreliable, unprofessional business.

It was nice. bought one of the very cheap voucher before。come back to the shop the staff was nice.offered the special price much better than the cheap voucher dealrecommon to come to the shop ask for special price.

They were very welcoming and kind when I walked in. I had a decent sized room all to myself instead of being squished in a little cubicle like some other places. The lady who massaged me was so responsive to my requests and made sure the level of pressure she was applying was suitable to me. It was incredibly relaxing and my neck and shoulder ache has diminished significantly. I would definitely visit again.

Bought a voucher for 70 minute massage and 30 minute steam room. The steam was quite nice and the massage ok though it was only 60 minutes instead of 70 and he only did one side of my body. They were just so unfriendly and totally lacking in customer service and ambience. No one even smiled at me and I think my masseuse spoke about 2 words to me. In the description it stated the massage would be custom to your requirements. Well that definitely didn’t happen. I also got a shock when the very hot stones were placed on my back without any warning! After it was over he said that’s done and then when I got dressed and came out there was no one in sight. No thanks for coming or offering a glass of water. To call this a high end day spa is a joke. I was the only customer there which is not surprising. Don’t waste your money here.

Disappointing massage. Left the door to the room half open for light (there wasn't one in the room). Frequent interruptions from other staff and nothing herbal or spa related involved with their herbal spa foot massage

Ok..so I have a Scoopon voucher for a massage at Lux Therapy. Have booked for tonight at 5pm. Walk in, person looks up I explain who I am give voucher & get taken to a room. No form to fill in.Take off clothes wrap towel around you. Call me when done." Ok done. Takes me into another room. Asks me to lie down on this machine. I ask what is this. Its a steamer to relax u before masssge. Ok. In it for 10mins. Not bad. After taken back to original room change towels. Lie down masssge starts. Quite firm but good.Then starts talking to someone outside room in another language. There having a great conversation whilst masssging me. Then starts talking to someone else this time I can hear the conversation quite clearly not English. There on the phone. What the???? No apolgy. Go out of the room to talk or give phone to someoneelse.Then goes out comes back with hot stones & places them on my back. So hot I nearly jump of the table. At no stage have I been told what is going to happen. Aint going there again. Unbelievable."
