What can I say but WOW!From the very first point of contact Matt was amazing, fabulous customer service, extremely friendly and a price you can’t beat!Matt’s team, Pete, Clayton and Dylan were exceptional! Best guys both my mum and myself are extremely impressed with their workmanship and how friendly they are.The ducted system put in is fantastic heats up our house so quickly and so easy to use.I would highly recommend going through Matt and his team, will definitely be using them for servicing our unit and any other heating and cooling jobs we need.

Had my central heater and ducting replaced unfortunately during the lProcess something was dropped and put a hole in my ceiling wasn't a problem at all a plasterer was here the same day the guys were great and a very professional job highly recommend

From the very beginning after contacting Scott it just was beyond expectations after many negative experiences with dealing with tradies during this post covid times. Exploded prices for tradies and no customer consideration had been constant while doing renovations. Scott got the ball rolling and I being a retired electrician assisted me with all the required info and help to get the job done. Only had to wait a week and Jeff and Peter came on the day on time. They worked all day and were explaining what was involved and were very easy to have around. They came back the next day and finished off and l was happy with the quality of the work performed and they cleaned up leaving no mess. My wife and I were very happy with the whole process and would not hesitate to have these guys back if the need arises. Also special thanks to Beau who is their regular electrician who was very helpful over the phone with setting up the Airtouch 5 controller. Cheers Paul

Honestly couldn't be happier with the service I have received from Matt and his team at Too Hot to Handle who recently installed a ducted Split System in our home.The experience couldn't be faulted. From my first enquiry, Matt made time to see me at a convenient time, had a quote to me within 1 day and had it installed in a very timely manner. The installation was completed on schedule and his team were very kind to our family and did a very neat installation. They even uninstalled our old heater whilst they were there when I asked them on the day.Also appreciated the contact made from the business owner double checking everything was completedand that I was happy with everything before final payment was made.Will certainly be recommending your business to anyone who mentions heating and cooling!

What a great experience. After speaking to a few companies in Geelong, it was refreshing to get such excellent service from Scott. The other guys didn't seem interested. As soon as I put my enquiry through Scott was on the phone talking through the different options that would suit our needs. He was very easy to deal with and we felt confident we'd made the right choice.Thanks to Clayton and the instillation guys as well who worked through wind and rain and did a bit of overtime to get the job finished on time.Will definitely be back when its time to upgrade our other systems.

We recently decided to purchase an AC unit as a housewarming present for a family member and given they live remotely from us I was reluctantly shopping by phone.I contacted Matthew and Scott at Too Hot to Handle and found them to be extremely helpful, honest, providing knowledgeable advice, competitive estimates and on accepting their advice on the sizing, best location re installation we accepted their quote. They provided a mutually acceptable installation date, arrived and installed on time despite being immediately pre Christmas.I have since had the opportunity to inspect their work and cannot speak highly enough of their standard of business and workmanship. 10/10! A true professional!Called Scott first thing in the morning with a ducted heater that didn’t work. He shuffled his day around to fit us in and complete the job so we cold heat the house that night. He was punctual, friendly, professional and even helped fix a gas leak with our oven before he left. Would very highly recommend!

The best in Geelong! The level of professionalism and service from Scott and the boys is second to none - nobody else, including Fujitsu’s own technician from Japan, could work out all the problems. They knew straight away and were onto it totally exceeding our expectations. It’s now the right setup and the heating/cooling works perfectly after years of overloads, breakdowns and errors. They were all friendly with great communication and very respectful to us and the property. Their pride in work, attention to detail and out of the box thinking really impressed too, it was probably the best tradie experience we have ever had. Don’t waste your time with the usual aircon / heating / plumbing guys that always need a 2nd opinion and end up providing ineffective solutions or temporary fixes, it’s just not worth it - go with the best.
