Waves Carwash Express Phillip

Always love getting my car washed at Phillip. Today, I enjoy an early Sunday wash, wearing my pj's. Staff are always so friendly and helpful. I could not recommend these guys more highly.

My car was very dirty so I was confused on choosing what services will make me satisfied with cleaning my car. I have used Waves Express quite a bit over the years but it appears their attention to detail seems to be dropping off. I paid a total of $56 for a premium wash (with add on extras including a chamois dry and wheel detailing) but upon arriving home I was disappointed to see a pretty ordinary job all round. While I was there, the car was essentially dry by the time I got to the express bay so the chamois guy did no more than casually wander around the vehicle for no longer than 10 seconds giving quick wipe here and there where he could see water spots, while the wheel rims were still very dirty upon completion. The photos attached show all of the parts that were missed" during the cleaning process that I had to do myself later on. If you just need a quick wash then you might be happy with the end result

They usually do a pretty good job here. Sometimes they miss a few things, but overall, it's not bad for the price and speed of service. And with the unlimited washes subscription, I get it done nearly 2 times a week just to keep on top of it and it feels so much nicer to drive!

Waves Carwash provides a great quality along with good customer service especially the guy with the tied hair/bun hair. He has served me a few times and from the way I see it, he always maintains his positive attitude to other customers too. Thank you Waves and I'm looking forward to seeing you guys real soon

This happened to my car because I chose to use the Waves carwash brand. Don’t let this happen to you. I’m now $900 out of pocket and without my car for two weeks. Waves will not even consider helping with the cost I incurred.

A quick and efficient way to get your car cleaned. I have a membership which gives me unlimited washes and a quick vacuum inside which is enough to keep your car clean and tidy. If you get straight thru the time it takes is usually around 20 minutes.The waiting area is clean and tidy with vending drink options or a coffee machine (which costs money). I usually duck over to the 7/11 to grab a drink while I'm waiting. Or into Oporto for a quick bite.Saturday late mornings are quite busy, so try and avoid that time if you can.

Waves Carwash auto drive through shows card and cash options on payment machine.No where during the post-selection did the cash payment option come up; tried it twice.Card only and ALL cards were 3% (M/C also).Contravenes Reserve Bank standard practices.

The WORST car detailing ever. The person who met me was bored and apathetic. I was old and invisible. I paid for “ extras” which would be standard anywhere else. And the job was appalling f. I went through the wash, then to detail. Two bored guys talking to themselves. By the time I went into the waiting g room - they had finished.! The vacuuming was dreadful - they vacuumed around the car mats, and the job was terrible….I paid fir the boot - and it wasn’t done. I’m old and they took advantage. Nearly $100 - NEVER again.
