Disgusted! Hip pocket Warrnambool told staff at another hip pocket over the phone that they would supply my uniform logo only to change their mind a week later meaning I had to order the uniform from them. I did via the internet of which informed me that my embroidered uniform would be delivered. It wasn't 2 weeks later I got a text from them to say I had to pick it up. On collection I said my name to the clerk of whom kept refering to me as her. I didn't bother to correct the clerk. I will never be using hip pocket Warrnambool ever again!!!

Initial inquiry was well handled. Deanna couldn't have been any more helpful and even allowed me to take a catalogue home.When we returned to place the order we dealt with Elira. We made it very clear that we had a deadline of 20th August. Elira even looked up dates on computer and highlighted Thursday 17th August as the deadline in the order book.We confirmed the order and the expected delivery date again when we paid the entire balance on 30th July.We attempted to collect our order on the morning of Friday 18th, only to be told that the embroidery hadn't even started yet. After some terse words and even text messages from the company blaming the missed start date on us, the customer, they sorted themselves out and arranged for Gary to stay back on a Friday night to ensure the job was ready for collection the following morning.Two days after the due date we were able to collect our items. Most things were satisfactory but some things are not. Attached is pic of a beanie that was embroidered in the wrong colour and then embroidered over in the correct colour. This has been refunded.Also attached is a picture showing loose ends are appearing on most items after being washed only once on a delicate cycle.

Friendly staff order a run of jumpers to get embroidered they double check the design with me at each step of the way. They recommended the perfect hoodie to use and the result is amazing. Worth a look for your Business
