Thankfully my experience never got beyond a consultation. Had a possible cracked tooth hidden under a filling which might need root canal work. He gave a diagnosis without removing the filling and seeing if the crack was deep enough to warrant a root canal, but decided that I did indeed need a root canal which would cost me $2600. None of this, Let's see what's happening below the filling and then discuss options". There was no mention of options at all. Nope. It was going to be $2600 because according to him I needed root canal work. Needless to say I was suspicious and felt I was being swindled. I decided to go to another endodontist who lo and behold said "Let's have a look under the filling and see what we're dealing with". And wouldn't you know

BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HADAfter a long substantial fear of Dentists I have found the Endodontic Group to be exceptional in their care and treatment in what would usually be a horrifying experience for me. Their explanations of the treatment and what to expect partnered with their professionalism and genuine patient care has left me feeling confident in their abilities, they are certainly at the top of their field.I would have no hesitation in returning to this practice again should I ever need further root canal treatments, and I will be recommending that family and friends do the same.Thank you for providing me with my first positive dental experience!

Having cracked a crown while on holidays and feeling the beginnings of an infection, I needed to see a specialist urgently.Dr Smith was simply amazing. He explained exactly what my options were. Clarified the possible problems and assured me the best way to deal with any of the situations which might arise during the procedure.Being a nervous patient, I was surprised how quickly the trust was established. I knew I was in great hands. All the state of the art equipment and an almost painless process. :)Lovely, helpful staff as well.

Beware anyone going here for a root canal. I had 1 done here, was left in excuriating pain afterwards which ended up with me in ED seeking pain relief after hours as I'd been prescribed none. Pain didn't go away, ended up getting a second root canal. A month later I still get severe debilitating pain in my jaw with no effective pain relief which is probably neuralgia and hard to treat. They won't tell yoy this is a possible outcome of the root canal so beware. You think your tooth pain is bad? The pain these root canals have caused for me is 10 times worse

Today I had root canal treatment, I never thought I'd say that. After fearing dentists for 30 years I had no idea how I would go. All I knew was the pain from my tooth was unbearable and I really wanted to save it. I was amazed at how they managed to numb the area and do the procedure and I was pain free the whole time, and as I write this 10 hours later, I'm still pain free. I can't thank Dr Gentner enough. So if you're a nervous wreck like me on how you'd ever cope - trust me - it won't hurt and they'll do an amazing job!

An incredible dental experience! I was put in as an emergency root canal as I was experiencing pain. When I went for my appt the dentist and all the staff were very kind which is so important when you are feeling anxious. The dentist did such amazing job of my root canal and I am not feeling any pain at all which is usually expected. I felt incredibly relaxed in the chair getting the work done. Im really grateful for the experience.

I am possibly one of the most anxious, nervous patients when it comes to dental procedures, however, I was falling asleep (sans general anaesthesic) whilst undergoing a root canal with Dr Gentner. He explained everything in thorough detail and managed the procedure pain free.Thank you for making my first visit to your clinic a positive experience.
