Mobile Fone Repair Hub

I had my phone repaired at 'Mobile Fone Repair Hub' 2 months ago. My screen had been cracked for many months but my phone was still charging up fine, lighting up and responding to the charger when I plugged it in. I had my screen repaired at their store and it appeared to be working okay when I left the shop. The man advised me that I would have 3 months warranty if anything was to happen during that time I could bring it back.I took the phone home, charged it up to 100%. A few days later the charge was down to 0% and when I tried to plug it back in, the phone did not respond to the charger at all. Something had happened to my phone that caused it to die and stop working altogether.I took the phone in today, still under warranty period, and was directed to go to the upstairs sister store 'That Fone Shop'. The man I spoke to (which I believe to be the owner) did not help or assist me in any way. He said that he wasn't liable for what had happened and said that I should have come earlier (even though I had come in within the warranty period). He said that the screen had nothing to do with what had happened to my phone. When I told him I wasn't expecting him to cover the cost of the entire phone, only the screen repair, he refused to even help with that.There was a lot of going back and forth between the two of us and in the end I asked him to refund a portion of the price I paid taking out the cost of his materials and workmanship, and even then he refused and said he wouldn't do a thing. He even went so far as to so rudely and sarcastically say okay

These people are brilliant. Gave me honest good advice about my oppo fone and didn't charge me 1 cent. Its hard to get good free advice these days. These guys are awesome. Will definitely use them for future repairs. Thanks again.

I called a couple of times but the customer service representative was not polite not patient

NEVER AGAIN.I dont know if he is the owner but his customer service was absolutely poor. I went back in to exchange my phone case (still within 7 days from purchase) because my charger wouldnt fit. I took my cable (a samsung cable)with me to show him as well. Dude did not believe and tried his charger and surprise surprise it didnt fit. Instead of just exchanging it, he wanted to drill me why i didnt bring it back on the same day and how is he going to sell it since its used. I could not believe this guy was trying to turn it on me. First of all i brought it back within timeframes and second i dont think you should be selling products that cant be used, like you expecting me to take my phone case off everytime i charge ?. After a few back and fourth, i finally got a new case. I was a returning customer (originally got my screen protector) but after tonight I WILL NEVER USE THESE GUYS AGAIN... NEVER....

I went to get my screen fixed for my Xr and the screen is terrible can’t even describe how bad it is and the screen protector fell off in 5 hours. I highly recommend no one goes here
