Tania and the teachers @ Newport Yoga Centre are truly inspiring - offering a wealth of knowledge and experience to their teachings and spurring u on to be the best version of yourself u can be. Ryoho yoga and Tania's diet advice keeps me healthy, happy and strong, and regular classes set a rhythm to my life which keeps me on track. I highly recommend the seasonal detox meditation weeks they offer - an excellent boost to strengthen mind and body.

Yoga with Tania & her teachers, at Newport Yoga Centre, is a form of health insurance. By teaching you to manage your physical & emotional health, they give you the tools (strength & flexibility) to navigate life's joys & challenges. The yoga never gets boring, there is always something more to learn. Tania & her teacher Andzej, have guided our family to expand & enrich our life & wellbeing whilst supporting, teaching & improving the health & ability of our son on the autism spectrum.

If you need to improve your vitality and Health, then invest your time in Ryoho Yoga Classes at Newport Yoga Center. Best teachers, Best Location (listen, smell and see the Ocean) , Best style of Yoga for well-being. I am blessed to have found Tania and her wonderful teachers.
