Had my FG xr6 detailed by Mark and it came out absolutely amazing. The car has never looked this good even when we bought it new from the dealership showroom. Really knows his stuff and goes above and beyond to work with his customers. Could not rate highly enough. If you are looking for a friendly, professional detailer don't bother looking anywhere else.

My coating was 12 months old and now stains so easily. I tried to contact them via Facebook and their listed phone number, sent details and photos just asking for some help and advice and had zero reply. Shame.After sales service is non existent.

My dirty car received some love today. Was referred to Redefined by a friend and the end result was amazing. Uses the best products and takes pride in the craft which shows in the end result. Easy to deal with and recommend you check them out

Mark is a great bloke. He took me through many options after I told him about what outcome I wanted with my VF commodore. Not the type to sell you the most expensive option for the hell of it. He even happily did a test area on my car to show me the large improvement that I could achieve. His work speaks for itself and I will be happily recommending him to all my clients and friends.
