This is the second time in a row when the cosmetic I intended to buy turns out to be a tester even though there is no obvious labelling to state its a tester. The staff who stock the shelf are not clearly paying attention that it more than one tester for the same shade is being kept in display and that too without clearly labelling it with tester sticker. Upong asking how the staff could tell the difference they showed the word tester marked in microscopic letters .Had a very frustrating experience at this store.

Absolutely lazy service! Honestly dread each time I have to come to this store but its the closest to Me,the older lady with glasses has a horrible attitude she can't be bothered looking for the items that i find online she keeps telling me they don't stock them and evertime I look for them myself and find it! She acts as if the shop is her home and we're not allowed to touch anything.

I just realised this pharmacy was open. Not sure of the pharmacists name but my daughter half flipped the trolley in his store, i picked her up and when I looked up he was standing next to us making sure she was ok. I appreciated that so much as when she fell off a chair at a doctor clinic the doctor refused to see her as well as she didn't have a appointment and he was fully booked. Very caring place

Like to know why I was asked to order online & pay delivery for a product that was supposed to be in store as seen on website. I like face to face contact & ask any questions if need be. I wrote down my details to be contacted when the next delivery came in, still waiting over a fortnight ago. I have rung the store more than once to no avail just rings out. Not happy Jan. Product Modelco creme cleanser.

Friday 21 July 2017 - I was shopping at the Priceline store at Pacific Werribee. I was served by one of the Sales Assistants, namely Marthese, in the Skin Care Section. Marthese was very friendly, polite, with a caring approachable nature and extremely informative in the Skin Care range. Marthese is an valuable asset to Priceline.Before I left the store, I spoke with Tracey, the Store Manager, to commend her on her staff member. Tracey was also very friendly, easy to talk to and held great customer service skills that consisted of a highly professional manner.Congratulations on the great customer service at Priceline, Pacific Werribee!

I went with my wife to return a cosmetics item and the girl at the counter happened to be very rude and treating us like we were some kind thieves having a stolen item. Not happy with their dealing.
