Recently I cracked the screen on my phone and needed to have the LCD replaced by a new guy.When I picked up my phone it started glitching, blurs when I scroll, can’t zoom in on photos. I’d never had any of these issues prior to taking it to the store.When I told the guy it was faulty he told me I’d have to pay extra for a better screen even though the current one is faulty.Absolute rip off. I went in there with a small issue with my phone, Ibby was professional and quick to fix the issue for me, I highly recommend Mytouch repair, they are open 7 days a week until 6pm! This is really good for busy individuals like myself.

Worse service I have ever experienced. They didn’t keep their words. They told me that my phone will be ready to pick up on monday but it wasn't true. when I came to the shop, the guy said he is the new staff so he doesn't know. He asked me then to come back on tuesday which I did and there was another guy said the same thing. I've been waiting for so long and couldn't get my phone fixed. They kept asking me to come back and I never seen my phone. At the end, I asked them to give my phone back but I still have to wait for it to be delivered. Really bad communication between staff and not professional at customer service.Btw, My phone has problem of unexpected switch on and off and they took me more than 1 week to get nothing. Poor service

Got my charging port cleaned for $40. Good custmer service . Guy was so friendly .Must visit this place .

I walked in, the guy was asleep at the counter. I should have walked out then but I thought I'd give them a go... big mistake! 3 weeks after dropping my laptop in, no messages... so I go back in. They had tried to call but like most people I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognise. No voicemail left, no sms... They said they could fix it and would call me with a quote. When they called they had already fixed it (but not for long*) without first giving me the quote and getting my approval. I let that go too and went in to collect it. I had been quoted $330 on the phone, then when I went to pay they said it was $350. I had to ASK for a receipt as they didn't offer one. I was paying cash so no prizes for guessing why they weren't going to give me a receipt. About 6 weeks later, laptop not working again*. Same issue as before. I took it back in to get a refund as clearly it's just too far gone. I was refused a refund unless I left it there (again) for investigation" and I was told that the "warranty" (I was never given a warranty) "gave them the right" to refuse a refund until they had done their "investigation" I asked again for a refund and was advised "the money doesn't grow on trees" I then requested an electronic copy of my receipt by email but the email has been ignored. There has been zero follow up

Great service, great products, great people.With the stress of running a business then damaging my iPad they were fantastic and had me up and running in no time when I didn’t even think they would be able to fix it. So grateful for their service and wonderful friendly people.

I went in here to get my iPhone xr fixed and dealt with ibby and seriously this guy is a legend he went over and beyond to fix my phone the service is absolutely top shelf I won't go anywhere else apart from here highly recommend them. So worth the money.

I walked in to have preliminary discussions about charging problems I was having with my phone. I was served by IBBY who not only fixed the problem on the spot, but then refused any form of payment, all the time having a smile on his face. What a great person and great service. I usually go there for any sort of Mobile or IPad repairs. Get my IPad and mobile screens replaced few times. Ibby was the person who served me before. Very friendly and professional person. But on my last visit on this Saturday, I wasn’t happy. What a rip of from a new person - not sure about name but he told me transfer money to pay id which was on name of S Bansal. My iPhone was having problem with charging. He literally Spent not even 1 minute on the Phone . He sprayed some liquid and Cleaned charging port place and charged me $40 where as cost pf replacing it is $100 approx. I will never go back to this place again because of new person.
