Best dessert in Hobart! I strongly recommend their matcha roll cake if you’re a matcha lover. I have also tried their choux (original, matcha, blood orange), roll cakes (yuzu, original, matcha), basque burnt cheesecake, and creme brulee pavlova: all taste great! Not too sweet, but still creamy and definitely satisfy my dessert craving!

Came across Woofee Cake Lab at the Hobart Twilight Markets and I’m glad I did a double take. Initially I thought it was for doggos, but don’t be fooled, they sell AMAZING cakes.We only got to try the choux and a gf version of a choux, but it was delicious. Just how choux’s should be, not too sweet, light, creamy filling, absolutely delicious.I see that they also sell at Salamanca and will be at Dark MOFO, so if you’re around, I recommend a visit!

Tried the crème brûlée pavlova - what a delight to the senses! Crispy pavlova casing, with a creamy custard centre, brûléed on top for that caramelised kick.

Ordered a matcha strawberry cake for bf's birthday, tasted great. The cream and chiffon cake were light and fluffy and were not overly sweet. Come with free delivery in my area.
