Once a month the Red Cliffs town holds a market at and around Barclay square. It is a wonderful market with the usual assortment of baked goods, plants, crafts etc. My grandson loves the stall with the bath bombs and visiting the Red cliffs Fire Brigade. They are fabulous with the kids and do an amazing job with in the community. There are several food stalls but it would be great to have a few more join the Market. Barclay Square houses the original Big Lizzie machine and a scribe of the history of her, Lovely place for a sit or a picnic with a great little play park ...

I've driven past Big Lizzie a few times now. I'm glad I took the time today to stop and read her story.

A beautiful garden and great place to take the dog for a quick run around. There's a water tower with some beautiful artwork and the Big Lizzie monument, alongside a war memorial and picnic benches. Great spot in Red Cliffs, with lots of cafes nearby too.

An enormous tractor built in Richmond, Victoria during World War I and driven all the way to Mildura, 'Big Lizzie' is an important part of Red Cliff's history. This massive machine could clear up to 50 acres of land a day. It's definitely worth stopping by to have a look at.

There is a historical piece of machinery in this public park. It's utilised on the first Sunday of every month for the local markets, which has become the largest in the area. Well worth a visit. There are public toilets, a small playground and exercise equipment. There is also a stage that is utilised for many events. This is all closely located in the main part of the town and right on the main highway.
